Our fees – hourly, retainer packages, out of hours fees, postage/stationary etc. Note: The rates below are for Off-site work. On-site work is charged at a surcharge 0f £8.00 more per hour. Also see notes below:

Notes to Fee structure:

 

  • All our services are on a PAYG (Pay As You Go, i.e. you pay for the services prior to start of project)
  • You can carry over a number of hours from Retainer Plans as follows: Bronze: 1 hour, Silver 2, Gold 3, Platinum 4 – these however must be used up in the following month or will be forfeited.
  • This is for our core services, if you have a request not listed below, please contact us for details on pricing.
  • Retainer plans are for 2 months minimum, paid monthly in advance.
  • We use a timer to record time used, calculated to the nearest 15 mins.
  • On site work is charged at a surcharge of £8 more per hour
  • Requests for printouts, and copies will be charged at a rate of £0.30 for b&w and £1.00 for colour
  • Services which you have requested that incur Mileage, the mileage costs will be charged at £0.40 per mile.
  • We are currently not VAT registered, therefore no VAT will be added to the above pricing.
